The ProFIVE is Marel's most advanced solution for recovering meat from pork, beef, and sheep bones (not approved for beef/sheep in the EU). With patented technology and a compact design, it produces high-quality meat (3–5 mm) and mechanically separated meat (MSM 1 mm) with higher yields than traditional systems.
